Your Exhibition Package
Each exhibitor is allocated a 3m wide x 2m deep space within which to set up a portable stand or banners (see pictures below).

The max height restriction is 2.4m for any booth / signage etc

Each exhibitor is provided with one skirted tabletop, two chairs and one electrical socket.

Please note that the hotel will not allow you to hang/stick posters or signs on the walls, wooden panels or glass mirrors.
