Accommodation
Capacity has negotiated a specially discounted rate of €225 single / €245 double per standard room per night, (inclusive of breakfast and city tax but exclusive of VAT) for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the conference hotel. You will have more details on how to book these rooms in your sponsor and exhibitor information pack. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE LIMITED ROOMS AT THIS RATE AND ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.

Exhibition Set-up

Sunday 22nd June: 19.00 – 20.00
All exhibits must be assembled no later than 20.00

Monday 23rd June: 08.45 – 09.15

Conference & Exhibition
Monday 23rd June: 09.15 – 17.15
Cocktail reception (17.15 – 18.45)
Tuesday 24th June: 09.15 – 13.00

Exhibition Tear Down
Tuesday 24th June: 11.30 – 14.00

You may begin dismantling your stand as soon as everyone has moved back into the conference room for the final session after the morning coffee break at 11.30. Your exhibit must be dismantled and moved out of the exhibit hall no later than 14.00.

Shipping Information

· Please ensure that every item you ship to the conference is labeled and addressed clearly. To download shipping label please CLICK HERE
· Deliveries should be forwarded directly to the hotel, to arrive no earlier than Tuesday 17 June 2008. Packages will not be accepted at any other times.
· Customs clearance, bonding and arrangements for importation and repatriation of exhibit materials to the country of origin is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or their appointed courier /customs agent.
· Please make all arrangements with your courier to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid as the hotel will refuse all packages which have not been custom cleared.

Capacity is not responsible for any exhibit support services. If you require any additional equipment e.g. additional furniture, power sockets, Internet access these items are to be ordered directly from the hotel and are chargeable.
