Registration
On arrival please go to the registration desk, which will be outside Composers Hall at the Tchaikovsky end where you will be issued with your badge. Registration is on October 8.

Visas
Please do not forget that if you are travelling from outside Russia you will require a visa to enter the country. We recommend that you apply for this as soon as possible as it my take some time to be processed.

Delegate Messaging System
As a registered delegate you will have access to the online delegate messaging system. This will be activated 2 weeks prior to the event and for a week after the event, we will send you instructions for accessing this once it goes live.
