Hotel Accommodation
TelCap has negotiated a special discounted rate for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the Hilton Frankfurt. Upon registration you will be sent a special booking form which needs to be completed and faxed directly to the hotel inorder to book your room.

Please note rooms must be booked by August 3rd to ensure you receive this rate and are subject to availability.

Registration
On arrival please go to the registration desk, which will be outside the Liberty Ballroom where you will be issued with your badge. Registration is on October 15.

Delegate Messaging System
As a registered delegate you will have access to the online delegate messaging system. This will be activated 2 weeks prior to the event and for a week after the event, we will send you instructions for accessing this once it goes live.
